If your credit card payment is not going through we recommend that before you try to process the payment again, you contact both your bank and your credit card company to make sure that payments to TestPrep-Online are permitted (may appear as "NOAM Institute LTD, operating as JobTestPrep and TestPrep-Online").  

If the issue persists please contact us and we will have our financial department look into it further.
